Return Policy
Returns are eligible only for physical goods sold on the Balanced Living shop.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must fit all of the below conditions.
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Returned in original packaging (when applicable)
Return Options
Eligible returns may receive one of the following, at Balanced Living’s discretion:
Store credit
Replacement or exchange
Non-Returnable Physical Goods
The following physical items are not eligible for return:
Items marked final sale
Customized or personalized products
Opened kits containing multiple components
Products showing signs of use or wear
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If a physical item arrives damaged or decretive, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits outside of this policy are not guaranteed and, if considered, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Balanced Living. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent for future requests.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or products delivered in accordance with this policy. Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may result in removal from services, programs, memberships, or access to materials.
All OT, WOC and Wellness Services are Non-Refundable.
All Digital Products are Final Sale.
All services and digital products are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Occupational therapy services provided by Balanced Living Occupational Therapy, PLLC
Wellness services, coaching, consulting, and educational offerings provided by Balanced Living Wellness, LLC
Workshops, classes, intensives, and group programs
Digital products, downloads, templates, guides, and courses
Memberships, subscriptions, and community access
Service bundles, packages, and prepaid services
Once a service is scheduled, accessed, or delivered — or once digital access is granted — no refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

By purchasing services or products from Balanced Living Occupational Therapy, PLLC or Balanced Living Wellness, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
