Happy New Year from all of us at Balanced Living!

If you’re new here - hi! We are happy to welcome you into our community. As we step into January, we want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for being part of our community and trusting us with your care. We are just getting started!

Community First

December wrapped up with our 12 Days of Giveaways, and we loved every second of it. Congratulations to all of our giveaway winners! Giving back to the community is the heart of what we do.

January Safety Tip

Winter brings beauty...and ice. If you're looking to stay active while minimizing fall risk, consider walking indoors at public spaces such as libraries, malls, YMCA's, or community centers instead of navigating icy sidewalks. Bonus if there is a spot with chairs to rest and conserve your energy during this activity! Staying moving is important, and staying safe is essential.

What's New at Balanced Living This Month

  • Upcoming Team Trips: We're heading out soon for a work trip that supports continued learning, growth, and ability to bring best practices back to our community. Any guesses?

  • RESILIENT Has Dropped: We're so excited to share that Resilient, our newest offering designed to support healing, reflection, and long-term resilience.
