May Newsletter

05/01/2025

Dear Community,

Welcome to the very first Balanced Living OT newsletter - I'm so glad you're here.

This free newsletter is a space for education, connection, and community support. Every month, I'll share local wellness events, tips, for staying safe and independent at home, caregiver tools, and updates from Balanced Living OT.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Dr. Jaycee Volkmann, an occupational therapist who left the traditional healthcare system to build something different: a practice rooted in compassion, clarity, and community care.

Balanced Living OT is designed to bring real-life solutions to real people, right in the comfort of your own home.
